Surf and Weather Report: Get ready for some heat. Some Saharan heat. When you get in the 87 degree water it actually cools you down. Come rent some kayaks or paddle boards at North Jetty. There is some seaweed on the beach side. Water is clear on the beach side till late afternoon. The water by our spot is blue and clear till high tide around 3pm today then the brown river water comes out with the tide eventually. No surf here for the next week or so at least, go east to surf, and a slight chance of ‘Round the Corner’ development. More info= Indepth Surf Forecast

Rules of Surfing: If you want to learn to surf its time to look at some of the rules. Or even if you’ve been surfing for awhile maybe you don’t really know the rules. Maybe you’re getting run over a lot, maybe you’re getting yelled at here and there. Well apply the rules in this Surfline Article and maybe that’ll happen a little less. Maybe.
