10am Surf and Weather Report: Waves are coming Thursday -Saturday. We have some occasional super windy thigh sets and its gonna get bigger and its gonna get windier. Not sure if its gonna get good today but it sure will be fun. As the wave picks up through the day we’re predicting some easy chest plus gulf drops. Wind is projected to be 40mph gusts with a steady 25mph. If its drifty at the jetty, at a beach break you’ll need a ride back. Check the Indepth Surf Forecast to find out where and when to surf.
Mostly cloudy, with a high near 78. Windy, with a south wind 18 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 38 mph.
A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 10pm. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds. Low around 61. Windy, with a south wind 16 to 24 mph becoming west northwest after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 38 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1pm. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 68. Windy, with a west northwest wind 14 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph.
Mostly clear, with a low around 50. North northwest wind 5 to 7 mph becoming northeast after midnight.

Venice Florida Fishing Report Feb 5: Your Venice Florida fishing report for today is: The fishing has been on fire. The bait is in today. Get fishing today cause its gonna be windy tomorrow, but the front doesn’t come through until early Friday morning. The water is getting cooler. Go fishing guys. FWC makes snook, redfish temporarily catch-and-release only in areas affected by red tide. Snook Redfish and Spotted Sea Trout are catch and release till May of 2020.
