Eve Update: Waves were jamming till dark, could be bigger tomorrow but if its the same we’ll be fine. We’ve taken a lot of shots and vid, we’ve received a lot of content. We surfed all day and till dark. We are wasted. We’re not some big business conglomerate that has web guys posting non stop content for clicks and money. We surf. And when there hasn’t been waves in forever we surf all day, go out to eat, come home after 10pm, update the surf and have to get some sleep to do it, thankfully, again tomorrow. What we’re trying to say is we will get to the photos and vid. But not tonight. We’ll see ya out there tomorrow!!!!
2:30pm Update: We haven’t had waves like this for months. Its been clean, solid chest with bigger sets, peaky, pretty much about all you could ask for in the wave starved west coast of Florida. When you walk on the board walk toward the beach and get a glimpse of the water, your eyes squint a little, you’re trying to understand what you are seeing. And when you see set after unrelenting set of clean, chest high waves, yes I’ll say it, even head high drops and bigger, your eyes want to start sweating. Can it be? We’ve needed this more than anyone has ever needed anything in the history of the world. #firstworld problems. Please, go surf.
8:30 Update: Solid chest sets and clean. There is enough swell in the water that the tide will not matter. Quit your job and get out there.
7:15am Surf and Weather Report: The buoy jumped up to 6ft! High tide around 9am, low tide around 5pm. As TS Barry meanders across the gulf its slightly slowing down so Friday and Saturday are looking to be pretty fun. Indepth Surf Forecast Updated
