So on high tide you are not allowed on the beach in front of houses. Everyone pays taxes for the upkeep of the sand/dredging and that sand is called public property. So all taxpayers are paying for the sand that 99.9% of them aren’t allowed to walk on. And the guy that signed the bill into law owns a bunch of beachfront property. And its the first law like this in the entire country. Always looking out for the richest guys out there. Real fair guys.
