Eve Update: Jetty Report: Tues April 20, 2021
Eve Update: Some waist plus choppy fun sets came in tonight, there will be a small wave tomorrow.
2pm Update: A little windy but still fun. Tide is getting higher, waves breaking closer to shore but a few nugs out there for sure.
Surf and Weather Report: Rainy weather and ho hum waves until this morning. Waking up to some pretty fun clean waves, wind picked up as the storms came through. Buoy is 3ft at 8secs. The wind is supposed to chill out, incoming tide till 6pm. Slow incoming tide. Hopefully the high tide doesn’t weaken the swell to much. We’ll have to wait and see but definitely rideable all day. : Indepth Surf Forecast
Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 81. Breezy, with a southwest wind 9 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
Rules of Surfing: If you want to learn to surf its time to look at some of the rules. Or even if you’ve been surfing for awhile maybe you don’t really know the rules. Maybe you’re getting run over a lot, maybe you’re getting yelled at here and there. Well apply the rules in this Surfline Article and maybe that’ll happen a little less. Maybe.
