3:30PM Update: We have some thigh size surf out there with a maybe waist set. It is building so I’m sure there will be some bigger set waves out there. It is possible that the wind won’t switch till sunset.
Noon Update: Warm moisture sliding in from the south is bringing in the fog. Small almost knee high surf is breaking close to shore because of the high tide. High tide was at 11AM, low tide is around 2:30 this afternoon. The waves should pick up but the tide is funky.
Morning Update: Cold front might be coming in later in the afternoon hopefully around 4PM or later. That means building south swell until that front comes in and the wind switches to the north, mixing up the swell. Get ready to surf over the next four days. Areas of fog. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 75. Breezy, with a south wind 11 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. Head to the Compound for surfing stuff.
